The current Conlog CIU guide documents separate E12 variants for an already-paired meter, encryption problems involving different CIUs, and a configuration-mode mismatch. These are not token-purchase errors. Record the full code and contact the DISCO or authorised provider when normal pairing cannot resolve it.
Conlog meter says No Credit
Confirm the balance and enter a valid energy token for that exact meter. If payment delivered a token but the CIU cannot communicate, fix the communication link before buying again.

Conlog documentation identifies technical tamper conditions such as a terminal-cover issue and says a clear-tamper token may be required. Do not open the terminal cover. Report the message so the physical installation can be inspected and the correct authorised token issued.
